The story is about a sixteen year old girl named Kaye. She’s quite different from other girls her age, with her exceptional look and her way of being. Natural blond hair and an oriental face, there’s really no one like her.

Kaye travels from city to city, from bar to bar with her semi-alcoholic mother, in search for mommy’s long lost rock star dream. But it doesn’t seem to come true. After her last fight with one of many abusive so-called boyfriends, Kaye’s mother decides it’s time for them to hit the road, and together moves back to her childhood home.
