Task 25 b)
Once I was a huge superstar and everyone wanted to see me. I was in my luxurious cabin to relax after a hard day at work. I ate a wonderful dinner, and after a warm bath and one hour with massage I decided to go for a walk in the forest. I walked as long as from Lindesnes to Nordkapp, and my feet hurt because my shoes were made of diamonds. I sat down for a while, and suddenly I discovered something. I couldn’t see what it was, even though I wore my wonderful super-sight glasses. Suddenly I heard a voice calling my name. It told me I was so amazing, wonderful and perfect, and it also told me that no one was as sporty as me. It was God, who loved me more than anyone.
God said that that weird thing in front of me was a staircase, but he couldn’t tell where it brought me. He said I had to go there. I did so.
When I came to the end of the staircase, I had to choose between three directions. I could chose between directions called “The unique”, “The perfect” and “The best”. I didn’t know what to choose, because I was both unique, perfect and the best! So, I got help from my magical mirror. It told me to choose “The perfect” way, since I was perfectly perfect. I did, and I came to a place called Humiliating. There I learned not to be such a boaster. It was so good to be there. They loved me for the brilliant person I am, not because I am the very best superstar in the world. I went home to my castle with 264 000 floors. I told the whole story to my butler and he said I was the most wonderful person he had ever known. I totally agreed.
I learned a lesson from this;
why waste your time with bragging, when you can use it in front of the mirror and look (almost) as wonderful as me?
