Good Attitudes

”It’s harder to develop good attitudes than acquiring knowledge”. My task was to tell if I agreed with this statement or not, and then write a page about it.

I can’t really agree with the statement because it depends on what kind of person you are. For example: some people find it easier to develop good attitudes, but some people find it immensely hard to do exactly that. Some of the smartest people in the world might find it really hard to develop a good attitude even if they’re really smart. It doesn’t have to be that way though, you can be really smart and still have a good attitude. I’m not really smart but most of the time I find it harder to have a good attitude than acquiring knowledge; I’m not good at developing good attitudes or at acquiring knowledge.

But if you think about it a while you will probably realize that attitude and knowledge has a bit to do with each other. You can still have a good attitude, even if you’re not really smart. But if you have a good attitude you are smart in a way. I’m not saying that it’s easier to develop good attitudes than acquiring knowledge, because it’s not.  You can’t really say that acquiring knowledge is easier than developing good attitudes or the opposite.

My opinion on this is that I think it’s different from person to person and that it would be wrong to say that it’s harder to develop good attitudes than acquiring knowledge. I disagree with the statement because everyone’s different and have different opinions and personalities.
